As far as LW goes, he seems to be a real guy. He has a web page that sells
computer stuff, but then again FL also has a web page that sells computer
stuff. LW took up golf 20 months ago (according to his posts). FL took up
golf around the same time. Both seemed to gravitate to GH's style and were
quickly supported by him. Prior to that LW was an avid tennis player for 10+
years(according to his posts). Now that he has taken up golf he feels
compelled to share his insights with a newsgroup. But despite having been
online for many years, for the 10 plus years he played tennis he never once
posted to rec.sport.tennis, at least under the name LW. I guess golf has
inspired him to share. Not that Larry hasn't posted on Usenet in the past.
The following example of LW's past posts makes me wonder if he has recently
set himself up with a Whippy Tempomaster/STC franchise:

Hey,
There is a new indoor batting practice system that lets you take full
cuts for hours inside your basement or garage-- while its snowing
outside (unless you are in San Diego). The next Ted Williams will
probably train on a Ballzooka Softtoss. ha.

Hi boys, and I mean children, if you have visited my web site, you
know that I have the advanced software tools to quickly assemble a
sorted compilation of your or anyone's postings from the entire
Usenet. You're really not worth that much of my attention, but I
suspect that such a file would constitute a very persuasive case that
essentially ALL you do is disrupt these discussions; likely it would
present strong evidence that you're pretty much a "sicko."
Nice to see all the new threads and postings about me, however. The
only thing one can conclude is that I must be getting under your and
your ilk's skin pretty good!!! Ha, ha, ha

I'm not saying Larry is Felicity. I was trying to point out their
tactics are identical meaning they both know what they're doing to get
a volume of replies generated. Their has to be a troll instruction
manual or something they're using.
I know, and I agree. It is highly unlikely that they are the same person,
but the similarities in style are eerie.
